MAGAfleet recognize and truly believe that your privacy and the privacy of all of our users is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the websites, mobile applications, products, hardware, tools and services (collectively “Application”, “System”, “Services”) offered by MAGAfleet LLC (referred to as “MAGAfleet”, “us”, “we”) and all of our subsidiaries or affiliated companies.

When you send an email or other data to MAGAfleet, we may retain those communications in order to provide You with our products and services.
When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map. We need this information to correctly provide you with product services we offer. Without which the MAGAfleet System will not be able to work. Unless you choose so, we will not share Your location information to other users or partners.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
We provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf.
